Year after year city leaders point to our homeowners’ association as an example of what an HOA should be. We cannot remain strong and active without your support.

 WE ENCOURAGE ALL HOMEOWNERS AND TENANTS IN NORTHERN HILLS TO JOIN!  YOUR SUPPORT  WILL ENABLE US TO  MAKE OUR COMMUNITY BETTER!

• Citizens on Patrol (COPS) Program that keeps us safe. 
• NHHA Bimonthly Newsletter full of news, events and neighborhood information.
• Maintenance and beautification of all Northern Hills entrances. 
• Representation at City Hall meetings to make sure our voice is heard on issues that affect Northern Hills. 

• Representation on various City Boards and Northeast Neighborhood Alliance.
•  Semi-annual neighborhood garage sales.
• Semi-annual clean-up days with disposal trucks at the Senior Center parking lot.
• Organization of Neighbors Together Event.
• As an HOA member your graduating senior is eligible to apply for our scholarship.
